Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Technorapide Business Solutions (TBS). We aim to deliver state-of-the-art custom software, web solutions, mobile applications, and reliable enterprise platform products.
Please read this Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully. It describes your rights and guidelines regarding cancellation and refund requests for payments processed through our secure Razorpay gateway integrations.
1. Custom Development & Consulting Services
For custom services (including Website Designing, Web Development, Custom CRM/HRM, and Android Application Development):
- Our project workflows are divided into milestones. Payments are collected at the beginning or completion of each milestone as agreed in our signed project contract.
- Once a project milestone has been completed and accepted, the payments allocated to that milestone are non-refundable.
- If you wish to cancel a project in the middle of an active milestone, you may be eligible for a partial refund. The refund amount will be computed based on the hours of development completed or resource allocation logged up to the date of written cancellation notice, minus a 15% cancellation fee.
2. Platform & Cloud Subscription Services
For recurring platforms and cloud products (including Tpannel):
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time directly through your user dashboard or by contacting support. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the renewal date.
- Refunds: Since our systems deploy dedicated resources and server space immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds on active billing cycles or recurring invoices that have already been generated. Upon cancellation, your access will remain active until the end of the current paid billing period.
3. Refund Processing & Timelines (Razorpay)
Once a refund request is reviewed and approved by our billing team:
- The refund will be processed and credited back to the original source of payment (credit/debit card, net banking, UPI wallet, or bank account) used during the checkout process.
- Refund Window: As per standard banking regulations and Razorpay guidelines, it takes approximately 5 to 7 working days for the refunded amount to reflect in your statement or bank account balance.
- We will email you a transaction receipt once the refund is successfully initiated from our end.
4. Policy Revisions
We reserve the right to amend or update this policy at any time without prior notice. Any modifications will be posted directly on this page and become active immediately.
