Welcome to Technorapide Business Solutions (TBS). These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website (https://technorapide.com), our custom software, web design services, Android development solutions, cloud hosting platforms (including Tpannel), and associated programs.

By accessing our website, purchasing our services, applying for our Internship Program, or joining our Affiliate Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue using our site and services immediately.

1. Service Offerings & Scope

TBS specializes in high-performance custom Web Development, Android Application Design, AI integrations, and Cloud Platform services. Each software engineering contract is governed by its specific Service Level Agreement (SLA). Any modification, extra feature request, or scaling requirement outside the initial project scope may incur separate charges.

2. Payment & Billing (Razorpay Integration)

All payments for consultations, custom product developmental milestones, or platform subscriptions are collected securely via Razorpay.

• You agree to pay all charges associated with the chosen service tier or contract milestones in a timely manner.
• Subscription charges are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected billing frequency.
• If a recurring billing transaction fails or payment is delayed, we reserve the right to suspend access to your cloud dashboard, hosting portal, or custom software instances until the invoice is settled.

3. TBS Internship Program Terms

Our Internship Program is designed for students and graduates looking to gain real-world project experience. By participating, you agree to the following conditions:

• Admission & Evaluation: Entry into our internship cohorts is merit-based. Applicants must pass technical evaluations and interview rounds.
• Duration & Scope: The duration and specific work duties will be clearly detailed in the Internship Offer Letter. Interns must complete their assigned projects and weekly tasks on time.
• Intellectual Property: All intellectual property, source code, designs, frameworks, and documents created by the intern during their program belong exclusively to Technorapide Business Solutions. Sharing, duplicating, or hosting our codebase on public repositories (e.g. personal GitHub pages) without explicit permission is strictly prohibited.
• Code of Conduct: Interns must maintain professional conduct, work integrity, and follow all team guidelines. Misconduct, plagiarism, data leakage, or unexcused absences will result in immediate termination from the program without internship completion certificates.
• Stipends & Certificates: Stipend eligibility, if any, will be specified in your offer letter. Completion certificates will only be issued upon successful completion of all assigned deliverables and performance evaluations.

4. TBS Affiliate Program Terms

Our Affiliate Program allows individuals and partners to earn commissions by referring new clients to TBS. By registering, you agree to the following:

• Referral Validation: Commissions are only paid on referrals that lead to a verified, fully paid development contract or platform subscription.
• Payout Thresholds: Affiliate commissions will be compiled monthly and disbursed via bank transfers or UPI once they exceed the minimum payout threshold specified in your affiliate dashboard.
• Prohibited Behaviors: Affiliates must not engage in spam email marketing, misleading advertising, search engine keyword bids on TBS trademarks, or self-referrals. Violation of these policies will lead to immediate commission forfeiture and account ban.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Technorapide Business Solutions, its directors, employees, or interns be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or system downtime arising out of your use of our custom products or third-party gateways like Razorpay.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Kolkata, West Bengal.
